To instruct Video Wills (UK) Ltd. in connection with your will, simply fill in the relevant details in the online will form that you require (below) and follow the instructions on screen for payment.

You must be eighteen years of age and of sound mind to make a valid will.
No deaths door instructions will be accepted and the Company shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay.
The printed pages of your will must be securely stapelled or bound together to form a continuous document.
The Company will not be liable for :- any inaccuracy in the will form instructions and relies on the information given in the instruction form; for due execution of the will; (to make the will valid the instructions on the will form must be followed and the will must be dated); any person who takes a benefit under a will or who is related to or the spouse of the person who takes a benefit can not be a witness to the Testator's signature;
Every effort will be made to complete the video within a reasonable time having regard to the demand on the service. [Click here for our pricing details] The video recording shall remain the property of Video Wills (UK) Ltd. and all rights are reserved. The Company reserves all rights in each of the will forms.
Video Wills (Uk) Ltd. reserve the right to vary the prices from time to time.
If a local agent is used for video recording of the testator reading their will then part of the traveling charge may be refunded at the discretion of Video Wills (UK) Ltd.
